We are puppy-sitting for Christine's friend this weekend, and I attempted to capture the Oliver-Eileen interactions.  Turns out that there haven't really been 'interactions'... they sort of steer clear of each other but are so cute on their own I just had to photograph!  

It's finally cooled off a bit in Dallas, and Oliver LOVES to sit in the fresh air when we open the windows!

Eileen is such a sweetie! 

Dallas Heart Walk

2,000+ UTSouthwestern students, staff and faculty participated in the annual American Heart Association "Heart Walk" here in Dallas this morning.  We had a great time walking about 3 miles downtown.  I shot these photos with my macro lens after forgetting to change it out for my usual 18-55mm.  Oopsies.

It took us a bit to find the UTSouthwestern tent.  Although we missed the group picture, they gave us hats, snacks, and bags!

Shrimp Alfredo and Double Tomato Bruchetta

It took me almost a full week to realize that the wine on our counter was "Train" wine...Train, as in the band I saw in concert earlier in August.  "Soul Sister" is a track on their album "Save Me, San Francisco."  EDIT: Train actually founded the "Save Me, San Francisco" wine label!  Although their Pinot Noir was a bit sweeter than we expected (it didn't go too well with our meal), I'm excited to try their other wines.  http://www.savemesanfranciscowineco.com/wine.php
